Lexington Vintage Queen Size Poster Bed with carved posters. This lovely traditional Queen size bed has a beautiful look for any traditional or historic home!
Of course, this solid oak Queen Size bed shows incredible quality too. The side-rails bolt into the headboard and foot-board, creating a nice tight fit. (We cut and fitted new slats for the bed as well.) Also, the headboard and posts are all made of solid oak. Obviously, each piece is thus quite heavy.
The style echos antique poster beds with slight adaptations for today. We see a lovely carved design and fluting on each post. Additionally, the top finial is reminiscent of an acorn poster bed finial.
The bed is in good vintage condition with only very minimal signs of wear.
