Oriental Chest of Drawers
This Asian style Drexel Furniture vintage chest of drawers sold in April of 2022 at Bohemians fine furniture for about $700. The condition was very good with minor signs of age and use. The final sales price was lower than average for retail vintage decorator piece of furniture.
Beautiful black oriental chest of drawers by vintage furniture company, Drexel Furniture. This beautiful three drawer chest has so much detail and interest.
Of course, the chest features three graduated drawers. Additionally, the chest front and drawers has a block front shape. Each drawer has a beautiful painted decoration on black lacquer finish. Finally, the chest has a nice motif on either side and solid brass hardware.

However, this chest has a few flaws to the finish. There are some areas of wear and small flaws. Please see photos.
Despite these imperfections, the chest has a really nice look. No doubt it will serve as a beautiful focal point in your room.
