Antique Buffet
Incredible and impressive antique buffet in mahogany in mahogany. This Empire Revival buffet has so much presence and style!
Of course, the buffet has a beautiful design, with a fairly simple base. It has three drawers across the top. Then, it has cabinet space below. Finally, in the center near the bottom, you will find another drawer.
The antique buffet also features four beautiful carved feet in the front. These Hairy Paws are reminiscent of Empire furniture of the first half of the 19th century. However, likely this buffet dates to the last quarter of the 19th century (Empire Revival).
Additionally, the buffet has a nice back-splash with carved columns on either end and dental molding spanning the top.
Empire Style Furniture
We refinished this Empire Revival Buffet in order to restore the finish and beauty of the mahogany. It has very nice brass pulls. Also, it has smaller pulls on the two outer cabinet doors. Finally, we have a key that will function with all of the locks.
