Vintage Mid Century Modern Desk in beautiful walnut wood. This unique Bowtie Desk has such a great funky design!
Mid Century Modern Desk
This unique Mid Century Modern Desk has a very distinct “bowtie” shaped top, with sharp angles. Also, it has two drawers on either side and a lap drawer in the center. Of course, the drawer hardware is inset hardware that is integrated with the drawer fronts. The desk has tall tapered legs, common for furniture from this period.
Additionally, the back of the desk has some unique features. Certainly, it could be floated in the center of a room, because it has a nice rattan panel in the back.
Inside the desk, there is a makers tag for Mazor Furniture.
Bowtie Desk
This unique Bowtie desk is in very good condition. We refinished the lovely walnut wood in order to restore its beauty. That said, there still remains a darkened area on the desk top. Likely from a desk mat, this small flaw simply adds to the Mid Century Modern character of the piece.
