Antique Cherry and Tiger Maple Chest of Drawers
This tall antique cherry and tiger maple chest of drawers features two small drawers, and then a series of larger drawers. It has lovely wood knobs that add to the simple farmhouse style of the dresser.
Of course, the chest of drawers has beautiful wood figure, both in the cherry wood on the drawer faces, sides and top. However, the chest also has a really lovely tiger maple decorative element on either side.
Finally, the chest sits on unusual tapered legs.
This Sheraton/Empire tranisitional chest has a very nice look. It could work in a more refined or in a more rustic setting.
Antique Tall Chest
We refinished this antique tall chest in order to enhance the beautiful wood grains. Some of the drawers do have stains on the interior, which add to the character of this 1800s chest.
