Item: Antique Victorian Rococo Style Tufted Back Chairs. (Sold as a pair, please call us if you would like one)

Age: Circa 1870.

Details: Carved Mahogany Frame Victorian Period Chairs.
Cobalt Blue Mohair Upholstery Fabric.
Tufted Backs.

Condition: Good antique condition. Some repairs to the frames and a few small loses to the veneer. Otherwise structurally sound.

Size: Gentleman’s Chair: 21″ wide x 26″ deep in the seat x 45″ tall.
Lady’s Chair 19″ wide x 22″ deep in the seat x 38.5″ tall.

Description

Beautiful Antique Mahogany Victorian Carved Chairs, reupholstered in a gorgeous electric blue mohair fabric. The pieces are authentic Victorian, not reproductions, and they do have some character in the frames. A repair exists on the back of the Gent’s chair, and they both have a few small loses to the veneer that have been repaired over the years. The deep cobalt mohair upholstery and lovely tufts in the backs more than makes up for these small signs of age. They are striking and a great addition to any period or modern home.

They are being sold as a pair, but if you must break up the set please call us. The gentleman’s chair is $699 and the lady’s chair is $499. Thank you!
