The Haviland Limoges company produced very fine china in factories in France as well as the United States. Indeed, this china set likely dates to circa 1920-1940.
Overall, the cups and saucers are in good vintage condition. You may find minor signs of age or use to the rims. These cups measure 3.5″ diameter x 2″ tall. Saucers are 5.5″ in diameter.
