Of course, this vintage Pedestal Table has a very pretty tripod base. The base features ball and claw feet and carving around the center and legs. Also, the table top has a unique hexagonal top. Additionally, the top has very pretty pierce carving along the edge, a really pretty and fancy detail not commonly found.
Finally, the table feattures a beautiful book-matched veneered top that has so much depth and color! It really is a striking accent table.
Pierce Carved Mahogany Table
This pierce carved mahogany table has two tags. The first is a brass tag, noting the maker of the piece. It was made by The Grand Rapids Furniture Company. The second tag is in worn shape but appears to be a Mahogany Association tag.
This table likely dates to the 1930s. We refinished it in order to restore the beautiful mahogany wood.
